It literally crushed Kelli Morgan's soul to see the residents at the nursing home where she works, have to go without the visits and hugs from friends and family during the COVID pandemic.

That void was even worse during the Christmas season and Kelli just couldn't allow them to get left out during that special time of the year. It was her actions of giving and love that made her an easy choice as this week's recipient of the Kiss Country Caught in the Act Award.

Of course, we would have never known just how amazing Kelli is without that nomination letter we got about her from her friend, Sherie Lester.

Just look at what Sherie had to say about Kelli.

My friend Kelli Morgan has such a big heart. She works as a physical therapy assistant at nursing home/rehab facility but she does so much more than physical therapy. She has always had a special love for her patients, but since COVID, she has worked very hard to make sure that they feel love and cared for. During Christmas she used social media and enlisted many of her friends and family to make sure that her residents had a good Christmas. With their help she was able to provide each patient with a small Christmas tree for their room, a poinsettia and a stocking filled with goodies. She also created an angel tree for her residents and made sure that they received Christmas presents that they needed and wanted. She works long hours at her job but her heart for her patients and others make me proud to call her my friend and why I believe she is a perfect candidate for your Caught in the Act Award

Kelli Morgan, thank you for being an inspiration to us all and a big reason why this is the greatest place in America to live!

And because you've been "Caught in the Act" the gang at Silver Star have a $100 Gift Certificate for you to come have dinner on them!

Take a listen to the phone call we made to Kelli to let her know that she was this week's Caught In The Act Award recipient.
