It's been said that "it doesn't cost anything to be nice" and people like Melanie McHan spread "the nice" everywhere they go!

She's this week's Caught in the Act Award Recipient and for very good reason.  Just spend a little time around Melanie and you'll see "the niceness" just oozes out of her like ice cream off the side of a cone in a kid's hand.

Just take a look at her nomination letter submitted by her co-worker, Annie Bamburg.

I would like to nominate my co-worker, Melanie McHan. Mrs. Melanie is a delight to work with and she is always going above and beyond for our patients. She doesn’t just see their names on a chart but she knows their history and face. She is very compassionate about her work and her family. She has struggled with some health issues and just recently started working part time to stay home and keep her new granddaughter. When she is out of the office the patients ask for her, miss her, and simply just love her. She is an inspiration and great friend. She seeks to find the good in all people. She goes out of her way to not only show our patients but anyone she comes in contact with compassion and love. She is a very refreshing spirit to be around! If it isn’t obvious enough, I adore and look up to her!

Melanie McHan, thank you for being one of the biggest reasons why this is the greatest place in America to live!

And because you've been "Caught in the Act" the gang at Silver Star Steak House and Silver Star Smokehouse have a $100 Gift Certificate for you and the family to come have dinner on them!

Take a listen to the phone call we made to Melanie to let her know that she was this week's Caught In The Act Award recipient.
