In a lot of cases, a CEO will speak from one side of the mouth crediting his employees for all his success, while on the other side of his mouth, he's hired bean counters to determine how he can downsize his staff and reduce benefits.

Adam Jones wasn't poured from that mold. In fact, his employee, Amber Burleson, told us in her nomination letter about Adam, that he not only has a genuine love for his employees, he cares for their families as well.

Just read that letter and see how easy it was to name Adam this week's recipient of the Kiss Country Caught in the Act Award.

Adam is the CEO at Lawnnasters. He gives so much to his employees and community with no expectation of anything in return. He is humble and does not see himself any better than the rest of us at Lawnmasters. He is an amazing boss who leads with integrity, inspires the LM team through encouragement and support, fosters a positive work environment, communicates effectively, and empowers LM employees to grow and succeed. During a video we did at Lawnmasters for our clients, he introduced himself as a “ Team Leader, not CEO.” He genuinely cares about the well-being and development of Lawnmasters and not only us but our families as well. Also, For his birthday last year, all of the employees donated money to put towards a gift he really wanted. Instead of him spending the money that was collected for his birthday, he sent out a mass message that night stating that he was spending that money on putting a crawfish for the employees and their families. He is truly the best boss and makes ours jobs enjoyable. He always take so much on and doesn’t ever expect anything in return so I would like to nominate him as this weeks caught in the act recepient to show him that I and everyone at Lawnmasters notice and appreciation his effort in everything he does for not only us but our families as well.

Adam Jones, because you've been 'Caught in the Act' the gang at Silver Star Smokehouse have a $100 Gift Certificate for you and the family to come have dinner on them!

Take a listen to the phone call we made to Adam to let him know that he was this week's Caught In The Act Award recipient.
