Debbie Williamson is one of those people who apparently never sleep.  She's too busy helping others and for that, she's been "Caught in the Act."

Just take a look at the nomination letter we received from Rachel Howe and you'll see just how easy it was to recognize Debbie as this week's Caught in the Act Award recipient.

Debbie is an amazing person inside and out. She is definitely someone who does not receive the credit she is due. Debbie works a full-time job at the water department in Vivian and that is just the beginning of her average day. After work she can be found in the grocery store, shopping for that night's supper for her husband and her grandson whom they have raised. Or she may be at walnut Hill Missionary Baptist Church where she is either teaching a class, setting up a ladies meeting, getting ready for Vacation Bible School, or worshiping God and supporting individuals in whatever trials they are going through. Or she may be in Shreveport buying supplies for anyone, or project, you can think of, and never asking for anything in return. She personally goes above and beyond for everyone she comes in contact with and I can honestly say that I have never seen this woman without a smile on her face. She has helped many people, including myself, through really tough situations, because she has been there. She has been through more than I can imagine, and to me, and many others, she is an inspiration of how we should all treat others. I'm sure the occasional "Thank You" is good enough for Debbie, but she deserves more!

Debbie Williamson, thank you for being one of the biggest reasons why this is the greatest place in America to live!

And because you've been "Caught in the Act" the gang at Silver Star Steak House and Silver Star Smokehouse have a $100 Gift Certificate for you and the family to come have dinner on them!

Take a listen to the phone call we made to Debbie to let her know that she was this week's Caught In The Act Award recipient.
