Will ‘The Shoe’ Color Controversy Be As Big As ‘The Dress?’

Unless you're brand new to social media, you'll remember the madness caused by that blasted "Dress" a few months back. It was either white and gold or blue and black. And now, just like Shark Week, just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water, now there's another photo to mess with your eyes.

This one is "The Shoe" or maybe some would call it "The Shoe and The Nail Polish."

It all started when this girl from Boston named TotallyMendes, tweeted a picture of a high heel, two bottles of nail polish, and asked, "Which color matches the shoes best?"

And magically, just like the dress, there's not a correct answer.

One of the nail polishes looks purple and the other looks pink and dependent on how you see the shoe, by phone, computer, etc. it appears purple or pink or both.
