Anyone is capable of seeing a need in Shreveport-Bossier and all our surrounding communities. But it's those willing to fill that need that we love to celebrate! And that's why the Caught in the Act Award exists.

Such is the case with Stephanie Lefler. As her friend Roxanne tells us, Stephanie never stops caring about those around her and in her orbit.

She's full of life, optimism and love! If you need a hand, Stephanie is in fact "Superwoman".

Don't just take our word for it. Read her nomination letter submitted by Roxanne Taylor and you'll understand why she deserves this week's Caught in the Act Award:

Stephanie never stops caring and doing for others. Her heart is so big that it overflows with goodness. Whether it's for the school, her business's, her family or her circle of friends. She is always the first one to make sure your world keeps turning. Where she gets the energy to keep all the tasks that she deals with daily I have no idea, but she does. She calls other women "Superwomen", but will never say that about her self even though its true. Life has not always been easy for her but her infectious smile never dims. She has decorated hospital rooms for children, taken care of close family/friends and her employees, school activities, coaching sports and other acts of kindness she does from the heart. Her kindness does not stop with just her, it spills over into the lives of people who surround her. Not to mention she is the first to ask what do you need? How can I help? I have had pleasure of watching her grow into the Superwoman she had become. Keep being who you are! Love You Lots
