It happened, I pulled all my clothes out of storage and I can only fit in a select few. My favorite t-shirts "shrunk" in the dryer. I'm a bridesmaid in a wedding that's in less than 2 months away and I am officially in scramble mode. The place where I live has a gym, but the only machine I can work without assistance is the treadmill. I don't speak gym. When I did have a trainer awhile ago I lost 40 pounds! Why I quit, I'll never understand. I gained the 40 pounds and more. I need to find a trainer, and a gym ASAP.

I have never been able to create my own workout or meal plan. I wouldn't know where to start. I am realistic about my goals, and what I can do. How do you properly ease back into working out? I realize starting off with CrossFit isn't the best choice for me. Have you ever been in my shoes? What trainer or gym do you go to? Are you happy with your results?
