Tis the season. . .the season to read about another garage turkey fryer explosion fire. Hopefully word has spread of the potential dangers of frying turkeys and everyone is actually doing it the right way now, cautiously. We fried our first turkey last year and it came out perfect! Steven did his research prior to tackling the fryer and if oil wasn't so dang expensive we would be doing it again this year. But, to fry just one turkey, it isn't worth the price of a huge jug of oil.
