‘Storm Chasers’ To Visit Sci-Port Today

I love watching these guys! This is a great opportunity to take the kids down to Sciport and let them see the coolest car ever, "The Tornado Interceptor!"

I have always been fascinated by storm chaser's and given the chance I would absolutely ride along with them. Here are all the details from the Shreveport Times:

Stars of Discovery Channel's series "Storm Chasers," Sean Casey and Marcus Gutierrez, will present their Tornado Intercept Vehicle, the TIV II, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to noon Wednesday at Sci-Port: Louisiana's Science Center, 820 Clyde Fant Parkway, in Shreveport.

Visitors will be able to view the vehicle and meet Casey and Gutierrez. Admission is $10-$13. Casey will also introduce screenings of his IMAX film "Tornado Alley" at 4:30 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. today followed by a question and answer segment with the audience.
