If you can count Sonya Gamble as one of your friends, you don't need us to tell you hit the "best friends in the world" jackpot. She's the kind of person that never says "no." In fact, she might even have the solution to your problem before you even know what to ask.

Just take a look at the nomination letter we received from young Robin Worsham and you'll quickly understand why it was so easy for our staff to name Sonay as this week's recipient of the Kiss Country Caught in the Act Award.

Where to start! Mrs. Sonya is beyond amazing. She's the most selfless person I have ever met. She’s taken in 4 children that aren’t biologically hers, their previous home lives weren’t that great, and has raised them as her own. She is working 2 jobs to make sure they have shelter and food. She’s recently lost her home to a fire and she still continues to keep faith in God and do anything she can to make sure they have the best lives possible. You can ask anyone who has met her, she leaves a mark in your life. She would give you the shirt off her back. She puts herself last in any situation, I think it’s time she gets some good back in her life!

Sonya Gamble, thank you for being an inspiration to us all and a big reason why this is the greatest place in America to live!

And because you've been "Caught in the Act" the gang at Silver Star have a $100 Gift Certificate for you to come have dinner on them!

Take a listen to the phone call we made to Sonya to let her know that she was this week's Caught In The Act Award recipient.
