Recipes – Turkey Leftovers

What are you going to do with all that left over turkey? Sandwiches are pretty good for a little while, but I just read a few new ways to put that Christmas turkey to good use.: slow cooker turkey soup with dumplings, turkey pot pie, or maybe turkey nachos?

All Recipes has an impressive collection of recipes that will help you get that half eaten turkey carcass out of your fridge. I'd especially like to try a Turkey Pot Pie this year.

Check out this Turkey Pot Pie recipe, it received great reviews. I think I will skip the Italian Seasoning and stick with salt and pepper. Hopefully you have all the ingredients in your house and you don't have to make another run to the grocery store, Lord knows you paid your dues if you were in there before Thanksgiving.

Here is an interesting recipe for Slow Cooker Turkey Soup with Dumplings if you want to throw everything into a pot and forget about it for a while. I'm just not too certain turkey soup is my thing, but I am intrigued.
