Krewe of Highland Mardi Gras Parade Rolls This Sunday, February 10

Throw me something mister!!!!  Mardi Gras is getting closer by the minute and one of our favorite parades, the Krewe of Highland Parade will roll this Sunday at 2pm. 

Krewe Captain Levette Fuller gave us a great interview yesterday morning and she was so excited about this year's parade, she literally never stopped smiling!  According to Levette, this year's parade features more than 100 entries and is 100% "family friendly."

The parade will begin at the corner of Gregg Street and Gilbert in Shreveport and will wind through the Highland area for approximately 45 minutes to one hour.

Our own Erin McCarty will be riding and throwing in the parade this year so be sure to show your Kiss Country signs so she'll know to rain the beads on you.
