Six days a week, Gary and Bristol get up before the sun shines to bring you the latest from Nashville, New York City and Hollywood with Entertainment this Morning!

God Bless the people of Louisiana. I found this story in the Washington Post. Christian Dornhorst is 35 and on his way to work Monday, he asked his boss for the day off because he wanted to help the areas flood victims. His boss said yes so he went to Sam’s Club and bought $850 worth of food including chicken, sausage, three pot roasts and 108 pounds of brisket. He set up at one of the sound stages in the area where they shot parts of True Blood and Twilight and also where they’re sheltering thousands of people displaced by the flood waters. He ran out of brisket in 20 minutes so apparently he asked his boss if he could do it again yesterday. No word on whether or not he got permission but thank you anyways Christian!

The US continues to lead in Rio with 28 gold, 28 silver and 28 bronze Olympic medals bringing our total to 84. Team USA is followed by China and Great Britain with 51 and 50 respectively. The US shined when it came to women’s gymnastics with Simone Biles taking home the gold in the women’s floor exercise and Aly Raisman took the silver. Another golden moment happened when runners from the US and New Zealand went down during the women’s 5,000 meters and they ended up helping each other finish the race.

After colliding, Abbey D'Agostino and Nikki Hamblin show true Olympic spirit.

This is just one more reason to love Taylor Swift! She’s donating $1 million to Louisiana flood relief.

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard finally signed on the bottom line yesterday. He’s giving her $7 million in the divorce settlement.

Uggh! This brings back memories of me and my big brother Geof fighting over the radio in the car growing up then fighting over who got to sing what parts of what song! Brett Young says he only got into country music to torture his sister! When he got shotgun, he’d make sure to tune it to the local country station because she hated it! But she was in the back seat so there wasn’t much she could do about it. Look how that turned out for him!

Brett Eldredge has a new puppy named Edgar and he's in training... Star Puppy Training 101. BTW, Brett, if you want get Edgar together with my new baby Cyrus, give me a call!

It’s good to know that there’s still magic between Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. He posted a picture of her legs Monday captioning it, ‘Bam… my bride’ You geaux Tim!
