They say summer bodies are made in the winter but everyone needs a cheat day, especially if you've been dieting for a while! Here are my favorite places to go and binge on a cheat day in Shreveport/Bossier City!

BTW, don't judge me... We're in the south and fried food is a staple!

    They're stuffed shrimp are what dreams are made of... Seriously!

    You can never go wrong with hot, fresh Southern Maid donuts!

    The Blind Tiger

    Great food and huge portions make this the perfect place for a cheat day on your diet! Voodoo shrimp, anyone?

    Monjuni's on Louisiana Avenue

    Their Shrimp Aurora is my go to at Monjuni's! The Shrimp Toast is pretty amazing, too!

    The Pep+Chee is a great place to start with a Swiss+Shroom to finish!

    Long John Silver's

    Get a platter with fish, shrimp and chicken and you'll be set for a week before you're ready to cheat again!
