Wounded Soldier Benefit in Benton June 19-22

The North Louisiana Wounded Soldier Benefit will be held this weekend June 19-22 at the Bossier Parish Riding Club Arena in Benton. The activities kick of Thursday night with the team roping competition at 7:00 pm. Other events include bull riding, a trail ride, ranch rodeo and a ranch sorting. Top winners will receive buckles.
Schedule of Events:

• June 19th Team roping at 7 p.m.
• June 20th: Bull riding at 8 p.m.
• June 21st: The benefit trail ride will start at 8:30 a.m. then the Ranch Rodeo at 7p.m.
• June 22nd: Ranch sorting begins at 11 a.m. Cowboy Church at noon.

Proceeds go to the Louisiana Veterans Foundation, a Louisiana nonprofit corporation.
