If you're planning to take a little trip during the kids' Spring Break, you might want think about slowing down...especially in certain areas.  The National Motorists Association estimates that speeding tickets are a $4.5 to $6 billion industry. And one of the best ways to get that ticket is in a "speed trap". There are some cities that have far more speed traps than others. CNBC listed the top 10 cities for speed traps and 3 of them are in Texas:

Course, if you travel Bellevue Road in North Bossier Parish, you better slow down there as well - construction now has the speed limit at 25mph from Highway 80 all the way up to Winnfield Road - they're writing tickets there nearly every day.
