Texas Man Arrested in Caddo Parish For Indecent Behavior With Juveniles

According to the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Department, Robert T. Morgan of San Augustine, Texas, was arrested on Thursday for computer-aided solicitation of a minor and indecent behavior with juveniles.

According to Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator, Morgan placed a sexually explicit on-line ad requesting to meet a female of any age. Caddo Sheriff’s Detective Jared Marshall responded to the ad posing as a 14-year-old girl. Morgan sent sexually inappropriate messages to Marshall’s persona then drove from his hometown in San Augustine to meet the “girl” for sexual purposes.

Morgan was arrested in the 6200 block of Bert Kouns Industrial Loop in Shreveport and booked into the Caddo Correctional Center on the above listed charges.
