Sabrina McKnight Is This Week’s Caught in the Act Recipient

This week, we feel so blessed to shine the light on Sabrina McKnight, as our latest recipient of the Kiss Country Caught in the Act Award.

In Sabrina's nomination letter that we received from her dear friend, Kellie Drach, we read about an amazing woman whose heart and home are always open for business, especially when it comes to kids.

Never one to say "no" to essentially anything, Sabrina spends each and every day making these children feel all the love they need, and her family has joined with her in assuming this loving role.

Sabrina also known as BB is a light in everyone's eyes. When my Husband and I moved back home to Bossier from Tampa last year, She with other awesome friends and family were waiting on us with cleaning supplies in hand to help get us moved into our home. Sabrina's day starts around 5 am to gear up her special needs school bus to make sure all of the kids get to and from school safely. In between her routes, she then helps "On the spot cleaning service" for any jobs needing to be tackled and done correctly. Sabrina has 2 girls of her own, but many many "Bonus" Babies. No kid is left behind in her eyes. If a kid says BB I want to stay with you, She never misses a beat and says come on. She and her family have taken in one very special little girl as their own and makes sure she has everything that a kid needs/wants. This little girl was turning 6 years old and had never had a birthday party before. What did Sabrina and her family do? That baby had a birthday party she would never forget. When they say it takes a village, The McKnight family is a village of their own. To say that Sabrina and her family are one of a kind is an understatement. This family would do anything in their power to make sure everyone is included, taken care of and very much loved. I am glad to call the McKnights not only great friends, but extended bonus family as well.
