Nellie Lindsey is This Week’s Recipient of the Caught in the Act Award

Nellie Lindsey is one of those people who makes God so proud of his work every day. She's nearly perfect in every way and she's been "Caught in the Act."

Just take a look at the nomination letter we received from her granddaughter, Cynthia Lazarus, and you'll see just how easy it was to recognize Nellie as this week's Caught in the Act Award recipient.

I have been wanting to nominate my grandparents for a while for this caugh in the act award and haven't yet. I thought this would be a great time to nominate my grandmother because my grandfather just passed away. There are so many reasons my grandparents could be nominated. My grandparents were the best grandparents ever they always helped my mother take care of us. She was a single mother with 5 kids, they made sure we had food and everything else. They also raised us in church. Besides being good to our family my grandparents have been foster parents for several years. They took a break for a while but then just a few years ago they started back. My granny is a special woman not only did she want to help provide children in need of a loving home she prefers to keep special needs children. She told me once that she wanted to help them because if someone didn't show them how to function in the world then who would? My grandmother is in her 60's and currently fostering two 5month old babies from different homes. Before my grandpa passed away he helped build several churches on various mission trips to the omish communities and to Mexico. He also done lots of free plumbing and electrical jobs for churches. These are some of the reasons I think my grandparents or grandmother is a great nominee for your caught in the act award. Thank you for your consideration.
