Heaven forbid that you or your loved one might wind up in the ICU Unit at Ochsner Medical, but if you do, and your blessed to encounter Natalie Holley, rest assured, you are in the best hands possible.

Not only do other staffers and the patients know just how incredible Natalie is, but her own daughter recognizes just how much she was blessed to have Natalie as her Mom.

That daughter is Malorie Hatfield and she wrote to tell us about this amazing lady and her nomination letter made it incredibly easy to name Natalie as this week's recipient of the Kiss Country Caught in the Act Award!

Read for yourself:

Natalie is my mom, but many know her as the “bright-eyed and bushy-tailed nurse”. She is a mom of 5 and still amazes me every day. No matter what life throws her way, she never skips a beat or loses the smile on her face. She is the most determined woman I know. She is the type of person who treats every patient and person she meets like family. She goes above and beyond always. From painting patient’s nails to buying them their favorite meal, you name it. I have seen her make people who are in their lowest places smile and people who won’t talk to anyone, talk to her. She saves lives and changes lives. Today I want to recognize and celebrate her. She is my rock and she deserves the world.

Natalie Holley, thank you for being so amazing! You are a big reason why this is the greatest place in America to live! And because you've been 'Caught in the Act' the gang at Silver Star Smokehouse have a $100 Gift Certificate for you and the family to come have dinner!

Take a listen to the phone call we made to Natalie to let her know that she was this week's Caught In The Act Award recipient.
