Louisiana AG to Angry Saints Fans: ‘Here’s How to Complain Right’

The New Orleans Saints made national headlines when disgruntled fans came out to demand refunds after hearing about the proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 tests for entrance into a Saints game. Fans were infuriated to find out that they would be out of luck in receiving refunds.

The Mayor of New Orleans Latoya Cantrell was one of the first to implement proof of vaccination or a negative test for indoor spaces.

Of course, this has dropped the tourism in New Orleans. One thing that was promising was all the Saint's home games.

The City of New Orleans will only permit fans who are vaccinated and or have proof of a negative COVID-19 test to enter the stadium.

You can only imagine how ticked off so many fans were who were stuck with season tickets with no plan to get vaccinated. The Saint's were refusing to offer a refund, up until Thursday.

According to WDSU.com the Saint's have announced they will now offer refunds. If you're unvaccinated and you're a season ticket holder this is good news. However, you may still be ticked off. The Louisiana Attorney General wants to hear from you.

Louisiana AG Jeff Landry took to his Facebook to say "If you are a New Orleans Saints season ticket holder who contacted the Saints or considered contacting the Saints for a refund or a rollover after they changed their admission policy, share your experience with us"
