Kid Rock’s Boy Comes Through! [VIDEO]

Ty Stone is a recording artist out of Detroit Rock City.  He is opening for Kid Rock and Jamey Johnson tonight at the Century Tel Center.

Ty has an interesting story...

Ty was discovered by Kid Rock while flipping burgers in Detroit.  A friend (now manager) of Ty's slipped a demo recording to Kid Rock.  Kid liked it so much that he called Ty while he was working in a burger joint to invite him on tour.  Ty is now with Kid Rock's label, Top Dog, through Atlantic Records.

Then we had a little fun with Ty. We all got to talking about Christina Aguilera's performance of the National Anthem at Superbowl XLV. She, of course, FORGOT THE WORDS! Ty said he does a pretty killer version of the Star Spangled Banner so we put him on the spot. See what happens...
