Keith Urban Fans Sign Giant Birthday Card to Celebrate His Birthday

Keith Urban celebrated his 46th birthday with thousands of fans at Bossier City's CenturyLink Center.

Besides the awesome treat fans provided when they sung 'Happy Birthday to You' to Keith during his set (which we just so happened to catch on video), they also signed a giant birthday card for the country singer.

We caught the above photo with Keith before his show at the CenturyLink Center on Saturday night (Oct. 26). The giant birthday card reads 'Happy Birthday Keith' -- something he heard a lot of during the concert. The crowd was peppered with signs that read the same and fans screamed it at him throughout the night.

It was one heck of a show, and arguably the best way a country artist could want to spend a birthday.
