George Strait To Headline Exciting ‘All Texan’ Concert In June
The all-time reigning "King of Country Music", George Strait, has just announced a huge, "All-Texan" concert he'll headline on June 15 at Kyle Field on the campus of Texas A&M in College Station, Texas.

It was September 26, 2012, when George Strait made his shocking announcement that he was retiring from touring and that his "The Cowboy Rides Away Tour" which ran from January of 2013 to June of 2014 would be the last of his touring.
Apparently the call of the road was too much for Strait to pass up, as 2024 is about as busy as any season he toured prior to that announcement.
In fact, Strait has already announced a score of dates, including stops in Chicago, Detroit and Salt Lake City, where he will appear with Chris Stapleton and Little Big Town.
However, his announcement today of "The King at Kyle" would appear somewhat a salute to his home state of Texas, and will be his only stop in Texas this year.
In the first ever concert at Kyle Field in College Station, on June 15, Strait will appear with fellow Texans, Parker McCollum and Catie Offerman.
Parker McCollum
Appearing with George, on what will be his 32nd birthday, McCollum, who was raised near Conroe, Texas, released his first country single in 2013 and his string of hits includes "Pretty Heart", "To Be Loved By You" and "Handle On You."
Catie Offerman
According to umgnashville.com, Offerman grew up on a horse ranch in New Braunfels, Texas. She started playing piano at the age of four which eventually led her to pursue other instruments such as violin, accordion and more. When she was 11, Offerman’s accordion teacher asked her to join their polka band where they traveled across Texas performing.
Tickets for this one night only concert will go on sale to the general public on Thursday, March 28 at TheKingAtKyle.com
