Keith Urban Caught in the Middle of Mariah Carey/Nicki Minaj Catfight!

It sounds like American Idol is gonna have some fireworks this season. TMZ caught some video of new host Nicky Minaj going diva on Mariah Carey... and poor Keith Urban is caught in the middle separating the two.

Rumors of the pop divas not getting along at the judges panel have been out now for more than a week, but everyone involved has denied that is the case. Now TMZ has some video (albeit grainy video) that says otherwise.

This video, reportedly taken at "Idol" auditions in North Carolina on Tuesday (Oct. 2,) shows the two queen bees disagreeing over a contestant's auditions.  Nicky Minaj, seated at the far left, is separated from Mariah by Keith Urban, who is sitting at the center of the panel.  It's difficult to tell what everyone is saying, but you can hear Minaj scream, "If you got a problem, handle it!... I told them, I'm not f***-in putting up with her f***-in highness over there.

TMZ and other sources report that the threats and berating kept on, only it wasn't caught by cameras.  TMZ also reports that Idol producers were shaken up and decided to call it a day until the two fightin' foxes cooled off.
