The study looked at 311 cities and weighed factors like salary, cost of living, and location. They then broke the results into three categories, small, mid and large metros based on population. No other cities in Louisiana made the top fifty, however, Tyler, TX, Longview, TX and Texarkana, TX all made the cut.
