If you were a fan of this downtown Shreveport, LA pop-up 'ghost kitchen' eatery, you're going to love this news! Apparently, I'm late to the party on this one. Ghost Ramen now has its own location AND you can eat their tasty dishes during daylight hours!

What is Ghost Ramen?

Ghost Ramen got its start as a pop-up kitchen serving ramen delicacies in downtown Shreveport in the courtyard at Stray Cat and they've also served up their noodles from inside of The Noble Savage, also in downtown Shreveport. However, it was only available during the evening and late night hours at those locations which made it tough for everyone to sample their greatness!

Where is Ghost Ramen's new location and hours of business?

You can find Ghost Ramen at 729 Jordan Street in Shreveport now and they're open Monday through Friday from 10 am - 4 pm, so yes, you can enjoy Ghost Ramen for lunch now! The restaurant is a part of the Highland Revolver project, which is lunch-only.

What's on the menu at Ghost Ramen and what are the prices?

Here are a few examples of what you can expect! Shreveport Hot Chicken $17 - Creamy spicy chicken broth, marinated egg, karaage, kimchi, corn, bamboo, and green onion. Miso $17 - Miso chicken broth, shredded chicken, corn, mushroom, pickled ginger, green onion, and a marinated egg. Chicken Shoyu $17 - Chicken broth, tare, corn, mushroom, green onion, bamboo, pickled ginger, and a marinated egg. Cajun Tonkotsu $17 - Creamy pork broth, smoked pork belly, corn, bamboo, mushroom, pickled ginger, marinated egg, green onion. Yakamein $20 - Cajun style spicy pork and beef broth, braised beef, kimchi, marinated egg, green onion. Karaage $10 - Crispy crunchy Japanese-style fried chicken. Veggie Ramen $12 - Veggie stock, kimchi, corn, mushroom, bamboo, pickled ginger, marinated egg. Gyoza $12 - Pork and vegetable dumplings. I don't know about you, but I know where I'm going for lunch!
