Bossier City has been buzzing with anticipation for the grand opening of Luk Fu by Chef Jet Tila, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint!

Ahead of the official opening, LIVE! Casino & Hotel Louisiana hosted an exclusive preview night, giving local media and community members a sneak peek at the new hot spot.

Guests got the chance to meet Chef Jet Tila, grab an autographed cookbook, and get a first taste of the incredible menu. But the night was so much more than a book signing it was a full-on culinary event.

If you’ve ever watched him on TV, you already know his energy is unmatched, and seeing that passion brought directly into the Luk Fu kitchen proved that Bossier City is the perfect home for his latest concept. The entire staff worked seamlessly to deliver a flawless night. From the crispy, flavorful wings to his famous Shrimp Pad Thai, every single plate coming out of the kitchen was an absolute hit.

Having a world-class culinary star choose Bossier City says so much about where our community is heading. Chef Jet Tila is a multi-nominated chef, restaurateur, and best-selling author who holds six culinary Guinness World Records. He has earned both Emmy and James Beard Foundation Award nominations for his hit Food Network series Ready Jet Cook (which also took home a prestigious Telly Award).

Seeing a chef of his caliber invest in our area is a massive win for our local food scene. It feels like Bossier City is truly on a roll lately with exciting new entertainment and dining concepts popping up!
