Second Scooter’s Coffee Location Confirmed for Bossier City

If you’ve been driving down Airline Drive in North Bossier recently, you’ve probably noticed earth moving and a brand-new construction project underway.

Naturally, I had to put on my detective hat to figure out which new coffee spot was gracing our side of town, and the mystery is officially solved! A public permit confirms that Scooter's Coffee is adding a second location in Bossier City.

According to city permit records, a commercial new construction permit (CBLDG-001081-2026) was applied for on March 13, 2026, for the site located at 2048 Bourne Drive.

If the name Scooter's Coffee sounds familiar, it's because they recently opened a location on Benton Road. That area was once a bit of a local coffee desert, so watching them fill it with java goodness has been amazing for the community.

Scooter’s has actually been around since 1998, starting out in Bellevue, Nebraska, and growing into a fan-favorite drive-thru chain over the last two decades. While the Ark-La-Tex has seen spots popping up all over Tyler and Longview, Shreveport-Bossier took a little longer to get on the Scooter train, but we are so glad they did.
