Thomas Rhett’s Star of the Show is sitting in the top 10 on the country chart right now and he says he co-wrote the song five years ago with his dad Rhett Akins. Apparently his dad wrote the lyrics down in a notebook… Thomas says his dad showed it to him recently, water damage and all, and he thinks his dad might be one of the last artists out there to physically write out lyrics by hand.

Congrats are in order for Lee Brice! He and his wife Sara are expecting their third child this summer. They have two boys already, 8-year-old Takoda and 3-year-old Ryker Mobley.

It turns out the America likes hearing Donald Trump saying, ‘You’re fired,’ as opposed to Arnold Schwarzenegger saying, ‘You’re terminated. Get to the chopper’ The new season of Celebrity Apprentice debuted with almost 2 million fewer viewers than last year’s premiere. Of course the Sugar and Rose Bowl games were on… So was the season premiere of The Bachelor.
