She can thank her best friend, Cathy Welborn for those tears, but what an awesome reason to cry.

See, it was Cathy who penned this amazing letter detailing just how incredible Ashley is, and hearing what Cathy wrote proved to be too sweet for Ashley's ears.

Ashley is obviously and amazing woman and the people of Springhill and especially the students at North Webster are fortunate to have her. It's her selflessness and willingness to serve that made her an easy choice as this week's recipient of the Kiss Country Caught in the Act Award!

Ashley is the manager of the cafeteria in North Webster she is always eager to help wherever she is needed! She works the concession stand for all games football, basketball, and baseball!! She is always willing to help anyone anywhere! Ashley has been my best friend for 10 yrs or more! She was there when I first found out that my late husband had cancer and she was there through our whole journey with that until it was his time to go home! She is always willing to do whatever it takes to make someone’s day better! To know Ashley is to love her! She never gets mad or says anything that is hurtful to anyone! If a kid is without something she is there to make sure they have it! If you call on Ashley she will be there no matter time or date! I am honored to have a best friend like her and the school district is Blessed to have her smiling face in the system!!

Ashley Price, because you've been 'Caught in the Act', John and the gang at the Magnolia Pit have a $50 gift certificate for you to come enjoy a great meal!

Take a listen to the phone call we made to Ashley to let her know that she was this week's Caught In The Act Award recipient.
