Due to the potential for heavy rainfall across the area, localized flash flooding is possible through portions of East Texas and North Louisiana through Tuesday afternoon.

The National Weather Service warns that excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
