Daily Funny – Ellen’s Best Oscar Moments

There were definitely some fun moments during Sunday's Oscars.  Ellen broke Twitter with the most re-tweeted selfie EVER!  Good Morning America broke down Ellen's best moments as Oscar host.

This wasn't the first time Ellen has hosted the Oscars.  But as far as I can remeber, this WAS the first time there were no big comedy numbers produced.

For the most part, it was just Ellen being Ellen with hundreds of super famous celebrities at her disposal.  Some of the banter fell flat, but some of it was fantastic.  The impromptu selfie that broke twitter?  Instant classic.  Ellen passing out pizza to the tuxedos and gowns.  Cute.

The broadcast seemed dis-jointed at times.  There was a couple times when the show came back from commercial to an empty stage.  Ellen would come running out from backstage as if she were late for a bus.  At first, I thought it was on purpose.  You know, part of the joke.  But it happened so many times without a punchline that now I'm not so sure.

The best moments of the broadcast however, came from Jared Leto who shouted out Bossier City during his acceptance speech.  And my most favorite moment, was from John Travolta... who got a little tongue tied during his introduction.  Up your nose with a rubber hose Travolta!
