Holiday Under The Bridge With Nights Of a Thousand Lights: Free and open to the public, the event begins tonight at 5:00 pm in the Red River District under the Texas Street Bridge. The event will actually encompass free holiday festivities where visitors will witness a visual and audio artistic creation that celebrates the holidays! (more)

Central Assembly “Christmas On The Hill” Live Drive Through Nativity: Camels, donkeys and a child wrapped in swaddling clothes! You’ll witness all the marvels of a live nativity scene from the comforts of your car! Now through Saturday, December 21 from 6pm until 9pm each night, Central Assembly of God will again host its living drive through nativity in the church’s parking lot at the “Cross on The Hill” on Highway 80 near Haughton. Christmas In Roseland: The last weekend, the Gardens of the American Rose Center is transformed into a whimsical winter wonderland featuring millions of twinkling lights, dozens of lighted displays, giant Christmas Cards to the Community, nightly entertainment, photos with Santa and rides on the Roseland Express train and tons of fun for the whole family! Santa Claus Making His Way Through Haughton on a Fire Truck: With the help of his firefighter elves from Bossier Parish Fire District 1, Santa will once again climb onto a big, red fire engine and hit the streets Saturday morning! Santa will pull out from the “North Pole Fire Station” at approximately 8:30 a.m. and begin making his way through Haughton neighborhoods! (more)

Hypnaughty with Thom Kaz: Starting December 21, 2013, Margaritaville Resort Casino will be the new home of the highly acclaimed hypnosis comedy show, “Hypnaughty,” featuring world-renowned hypnotist Thom Kaz. Kicking off with two Saturday show dates on December 21 and 28, “Hypnaughty” will become a regular weekly headliner every Friday beginning January 2014. (more)
