It's Crawfish Season here in the Bayou State!  Just seeing the special displays of crawfish/shrimp boil and seasonings in both Brookshires and Walmart is a sure sign of the season! 

This means that you're likely to be headed to a neighborhood crawfish boil here in the very near future.  Course, for us native swamp stompers, we leap out of the womb knowing just how to pinch tails and suck 'dem heads.
