Taste of Louisiana Cookoff This Saturday to Benefit BACA

Red beans and rice, Gumbo, Jambalaya, Etouffee...it's all going to be there this Saturday, November 1, in the Taste of Louisiana Cook-Off to benefit the River Cities Chapter of Bikers Against Child Abuse (BACA).

Hey, you might even find a few fried catfish or some mudbugs!  The event will be held at Scot's All American Cycles at 2113 Benton Road in Bossier City.

Competitors will begin set up at 7:00 am, start cooking at 8:00 am and judging and games to follow beginning at 12:00 pm. Bowls/Plates will be sold for $5.00 with all proceeds going to BACA.
