Shreveport has a wealth of creative people. The one thing that Shreveport lacks is a viable arts district in which these creative people can work, live, play, and showcase their skills. The Shreveport Regional Arts Council and Artspace are looking to change that.

The Shreveport Regional Arts Council is paying tribute to Shreveport legend Stan “The Record Man” Lewis with a “retro” exhibition showcasing highlights from Stan’s career and an exhibition centered around Northwest Louisiana recording musicians.

The Shreveport Regional Arts Council and artspace, together with the Community Foundation, will be hosting a one-month minute-gallery exhibition @ artspace in celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Community Foundation and its commitment to philanthropy in Shreveport-Bossier and Northwest Louisiana.
