One of (if not the) most beloved food truck in the Shreveport / Bossier City area is getting a beautiful brick and mortar restaurant - Ono's Traditional Hawaiian Cuisine will be permanently located at 4015 Fern Ave in Shreveport near Ki Mexico.  Soon, you'll be able to dine on delicious plates of their famous Kalua pork or grab a Teriyaki Burger at a beautiful eatery inspired by the same culture and lifestyle that has been the basis for Ono's incredibly popular menu since the beginning.

If you are a fan of slow-cooked meats with that unmistakable sweet side that comes with traditional cooking Hawaiian, I have no doubt you are going to dig this place.  No word yet on the exact date of the grand opening, but from the looks of the pictures of construction progress on their Facebook posts - it's going to be very soon.  Until then, you'll have to track down the truck to get your Pork Katsu and Fried Shrimp fix!
