Rough day? Instead of going home and putting some whiskey on ice how about dropping by a new business in Bossier. It's true there is now a place for you to release all the frustration and rage from a horrid no good day.

SBC Breakroom is the first rage room to make it to our community and our only question is "What took us so long to get one?"

A rage room is one of the most unique experiences I have ever had. I smashed a mini-fridge, a laptop, a computer monitor, countless china and I can forget the thrill of smashing an office desk.

Up until now, my crew and I had to go all the way to Tyler, Texas to get our rage room fix.

How does a rage room work? You take your pick, golf clubs, pipes, tennis rackets, crowbars, bats, the selection of “weapons” is always vast. You walk into what looks like a living room filled with furniture and objects that are there for you to smash. You smash it all until there is nothing more for you to smash.

The SBC Breakroom allows up to two people to enter the rage room, your friends are more than welcome to watch from the lobby.

Prices start off at from $25 it all varies on how many items you want to destroy and if it's just you or you're bringing a rage buddy.  You can also set up your own playlist, I love that part. SBC Breakroom is only open for you if you have made an appointment.
