One glance at this video and you certainly know what year it is. 2020 has been a real test to all of us and in so many more ways than just the obvious inconveniences.

Those masks are a dead giveaway. The pandemic has certainly tested the metal of our nation. Add the political division we've seen and some would say we've seen some of the darkest days in American history.

Well, on the opposite of the coin are babies like this who are the light and future of this country!  They remind us that we've PLEDGED our ALLEGIANCE to Old Glory, the flag that represents what we consider is still the greatest country on Earth! Think and thin. Through the darkness and the light.  No matter what problems we might have, we’ve made an oath to America and it all began when we were as young as these little patriots. we owe America our loyalty.

The American dream is still alive and well, and who knows, one of the kids in this video could very well, one day, become President of the United States. They represent what is right about this country! Daily they stand tall and proud ready to tell the world about their allegiance to the Flag that represents us all!

I'm sure they really don't care much about wearing masks all day at school, but it hasn't diminished their patriotic spirit even a little.

I've also got to thank the teachers of Kiss Country. Since we are having to play by new rules this year amidst the COVID restrictions, and I'm not personally going to our schools like we've done in the past, we have had to rely on our local teachers to bring us our daily "Kiss Class of the Day" featuring a local elementary class as they recite the Pledge of Allegiance for us.

And our teachers were only too happy and willing to accommodate. Videos of these local classes are arriving every day, and the class we're featuring today as our Kiss Class of the Day is Miss McAdoo’s 3rd grade at Platt Elementary School.

We are hoping (and so are the kids) that you'll take a second to watch them as they lead us in the Pledge of Allegiance!
