Mooringsport’s Pre-Fourth of July Block Party Is Loaded With Great Music

Mooringsport just can't wait until July 4th to party, so they're holding a "Pre-Fourth of July Block Party" on Saturday, June 5th from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm at the Edwin Tuttle Currie Park!

It's six full hours of live music, various vendors, great food and they'll wrap up the night with a huge fireworks exhibition in the honor of Carrie Prudhomme Lanier.

The event will also feature a silent auction with some incredible items to bid on with all proceeds going to Carrie Prudhomme Lanier's family.
