Miranda Lambert and Dierks Bentley rolled through Bossier City on Thursday (April 11), bringing the great music and good times we've come to expect from their solo shows to the CenturyLink Center. Of course, sharing the stage for their stop in our neck of the woods on the Locked & Reloaded tour only amplified the fun.

Dierks took the stage and instantly got the audience excited, jolting from one side of the stage to the other. He traded off lyrics in "5-1-5-0" with the vibrant crowd, threw on a backwards baseball cap and asked about 'all the ladies drinking tall boys.' If anyone went crazy that night, it was the thousands gleefully singing along to every word.

Dierks also took the time to salute the men and women of our armed forces, showing off the stars and stripes behind him on the big-screen monitors. We're right there with you, man!

When Lambert hit the stage inside the packed CenturyLink Center, the air instantly felt charged. Wearing a shirt that read "I <3 the band," she clearly wasn't alone.

"Who wants to blow off some steam," she screamed between songs. The crowd's response made it clear that they did. And they did, as Lambert easily drove her set, which included current favorite "Mama's Broken Heart" and the classic "Kerosene," like a brand new pickup truck down an old country dirt road.

But a highlight of the night came when Bentley joined Lambert on stage for a jam session that started with some "old school" country music but ended with an unexpected cover of Gotye's "Somebody That I Used to Know." The country crowd couldn't help but embrace the somber rendition of the pop hit.

Following a lengthy but well-received encore that once more had the pair sharing the stage, everyone headed into the parking lot to head home sit in traffic. But that's the small price we pay for great shows like these!

Thanks to every single one of our fans who came out to say 'hey,' our VIPs who won tickets and, of course, Dierks and Miranda for playing one heck of a country show. Make sure to check out the photo gallery above and see if you can find yourself.
