Never one to pull his punches, and that's one of the things we love about him, Louisiana Congressman Mike Johnson from Bossier City has recently blasted Disney and the FX Network for running the promotional trailer of their new television show "Little Demon."

Taking to his Facebook page, Congressman Johnson unabashedly slammed the network and owner of this cartoon show which essentially centers itself on the life and times of the Antichrist.

There Are Those Who Oppose Congressman Johnson's Stance

While I'm sure there are those who will condemn the Congressman's opinion, this writer is applauding him for having the intestinal fortitude to call these people out for their actions.

Think you've seen scary before? Even Congressman Johnson was caught off guard with Disney's description of the show which debuted on FXX on August 25.

Thirteen years after being impregnated by Satan, a reluctant mother, Laura, and her Antichrist daughter, Chrissy, attempt to live an ordinary life in Delaware, but are constantly thwarted by monstrous forces, including Satan, who yearns for custody of his daughter’s soul.

The Philosophy Of Disney Has Certainly Changed

Remember, this is a cartoon. Targeting America's youngest minds.  Certainly not the Disney I grew up with.  The Disney I grew up with wouldn't even sell beer at their amusement parks because Walt didn't want that rowdy element and for a child to experience some drunk throwing up on their shoes.

And yet, here we are today, with Disney promoting the Antichrist for crying out loud.

Thank you Congressman Mike Johnson for sticking to your guns and saying what certainly needed to be said!

I especially love the Bible verse he quoted at the end of his Facebook post,

“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.” (1 Peter 5:8)

Think he's overreacting? Just look at the trailer for yourself.
