I'm a little prejudiced when it comes to Max Sharp.  I've known the man a long time and truly love him.  Consider him a brother.  So, when we received a nomination letter for Max to receive the Caught in the Act Award from Ross Adams, there was no way we could let it slip through our fingers.

Though Max has been really successful as a businessman, it's the things he's done for friends, neighbors and perfect strangers that have endeared him to so many for so long. And he does it all without ever expecting any kind of recognition.  Well, the day for recognition is long overdue and Kiss Country decided today it was our turn to shine the spotlight on Max as this wee's recipient of the Caught in the Act Award.

Just read the letter we received from Ross Adams about Max and you'll understand everything.

I have worked for Max Sharp (AKA "Sharptime") for almost six years now and even though I have been an employee of his for that long I have been his friend for much longer.
Max is one of the most generous and giving men in our community. If someone is in need, Max will lead the charge to meet those needs. He has organized fundraisers for families with overwhelming medical expenses, donated his time, money and energy to countless non-profits in our area all while making time to put his faith and family first. He has always said that faith, family and friendship come before business and experiences shared with the ones we love are worth more than any amount of money.
Max is never boastful about his sacfrifices for his family, friends and employees but I am thankful for all he does to serve God and continue to make our city a better place.

Max Sharp, thank you for being one of the "good guys" and a big reason why this is the greatest place in America to live!

And because you've been "Caught in the Act" the gang at Silver Star Smokehouse have a $100 Gift Certificate for you and the family to come have dinner on them!

Take a listen to the phone call we made to Max to let him know that he was this week's Caught In The Act Award recipient.
