Our final recipe for the Louisiana Rice Recipe Contest comes from Amanda Riley. It's an easy recipe if you have a big crew to feed. Your kids will love it and ask for seconds, and it won't break the bank. Our office gave this recipe a big thumbs up because of how easy and inexpensive it was to make. Check out our video below to see how it's made.

What you'll need to make the Sausage and Louisiana Rice Casserole Dish:

1 Jimmy Dean mild sausage
1 Box of white minute rice (We used the dirty rice recipe)
1 can of Cream of mushroom
1 can of Mild Rotel
Shredded cheese (we used Colby Jack cheese)

Cook your Lousiana Rice, and in another pan start cooking your sausage. Once the sausage is cooked add in the Rotel and cream of mushroom, then mix in the cooked rice. Sprinkle in some Tony's creole seasoning and stir. Amanda Riley said "Place in a casserole dish and sprinkle shredded cheese all over top and place in over to melt the cheese and if you're like me its the whole bag haha!" We agree we love cheese too!
