Shreveport police have arrested a local teenager for allegedly making terrorism threats.

Just after 11:30 last night, patrol officers were called to the 4300 block of Jacobs Street, where they learned 17-year-old Donovan Mosley uploaded and posted a video to Facebook. In the video, he addresses the civilian population of C.E. Byrd High School to 'be ready' when he arrives on campus with his handgun.

Mosley was taken into custody a short time later in the 300 block of Wilkinson Street and brought to Shreveport Police Headquarters for questioning.

Based on information and evidence gathtered during their inquiry, detectives have charged Mosley with one count of terrorism.
