As an older sister, your little brother is supposed to be the butt of most of your jokes. He's the one who won't leave you and your friends alone. He's the "gross" one who's constantly disgusting you.

But, on occasion, you've got a little brother like Joseph Maggio. If you are Allie Maggio Gray, you count your blessings to have this 21 year old young man to constantly remind you that others should always come first.

Little did Joseph know that his big sister, Allie, was paying attention to the kindness and giving spirit that Joseph exhibits on a daily basis. But that's exactly what we found out was going on as Allie wrote to us to nominate Joseph and making him a shoe-in as this week's recipient of the Kiss Country Caught in the Act Award.

I want to tell you guys about my brother, Joseph Maggio. Since we were little he’s always been known to go out of his way to help others. During the huge snow and ice storm, he pulled countless people out of ditches, as well as picking up his friend from Willis Knighton so he could get home from work. Before all of this, anytime he sees someone on the side of the road he will stop and help. Joseph is such a good hearted person and would do anything for anyone. I hope that he knows that he is noticed and loved by so many.

Joseph Maggio, thank you for being so amazing! You are a big reason why this is the greatest place in America to live!

And because you've been 'Caught in the Act' the gang at Silver Star Smokehouse have a $100 Gift Certificate for you and the family to come have dinner!

Take a listen to the phone call we made to Joseph to let him know that he was this week's Caught In The Act Award recipient.
