Jenn Kruithof Is This Week’s Caught in the Act Recipient
Working at a 911 call center has been proven to be one of the most stressful jobs in America, yet Jenn Kruithof not only manages to shield her co-workers from some of that stress by showing them kindness and compassion on the job, but she spreads that love to everyone she meets!
Jenn's co-worker, Summer Helmick, sent us an amazing nomination letter about Jenn, and after reading it, we knew immediately that Jenn was an obvious selection as this week's recipient of the Kiss Country Caught in the Act Award!
Jenn is by far one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met. She’s a wife, a mother, a grandmother, an amazing friend and so much more. Jenn is a 911 dispatcher for Bossier Parish and has a heart the size of Texas. Not only does she put her whole heart into how she does her job at 911, she has also taken time out of her own day to bring hydration to the south bossier firemen fighting fires. She’s offered them a home to cool off in, food, and water if needed while working in this heat. I have witnessed her set aside her own needs to care for those around her and she has never once turned away anyone in need of help. They say to be more like Jesus and that’s exactly how she is. If I could be like anyone in this world it would be her. She’s kind, caring, loving, and by far the most selfless person I have ever met. She sees the good in every single person she meets even wh en they give her reasons not to. Everyone deserves a Jenn in their life.
Jenn Kruithof, because you've been 'Caught in the Act' the gang at Silver Star Smokehouse have a $100 Gift Certificate for you to come have dinner.
Take a listen to the phone call we made to Jenn to let her know that she was this week's Caught In The Act Award recipient.
