Jami Eyler is This Week’s Recipient of Caught in the Act Award

When you consider all the real "gifts" that you can give your children, the top of the heap has got to be instilling in them a sense of Christian obligation for giving and real value for their community. Well, Jade Eyler has been mentored by one of the very best! She's watched and learned how important it is to give of both your time and money from her own Mom, Jami Eyler.

Just look at the Caught in the Act nomination letter we got from Jade, who her Mom lovingly calls, "Brat", about her mother, Jami, and you'll understand just how much Jade has been taught, and how easy it was to name Jami this week's recipient of the Kiss Country Caught in the Act Award.

My mom, Jami is the epitome of The "Caught in the Act Award!" My mom is the type of mom who will give her very last. Her kind spirit has just impacted and influenced so many all over the world. She has been a person who has served my entire life. My mom served 23+ years in the Air Force to include long days/nights, several moves across the world, deployments, etc. and has made the biggest sacrifice a person can make by serving our country! She has also served by volunteering, leading, and genuinely giving back in any way possible. I work as a counselor for a local non profit and my mom has truly been a blessing to the local families the agency serves by facilitating sponsors, donations, and even delivering gifts for 1/4 of our 200 fully sponsored Christmas wish lists the past two years. My mother has also volunteered by spending long hours distributing nearly 200 food boxes t o the elderly each month for the past 4 years! She is the type of mom who is always willing to help and her kind heartedness never goes unnoticed. I could go on and on about these acts of kindness she has done throughout my life! Giving is something that is truly ingrained and is apart of what makes her so special to so many people near and far! Whether she is helping her own family or complete strangers there is one thing about my mom, she will be the first to offer a hand and will absolutely give any task her all! The world needs more amazing mothers just like her!!
