Forty-eight-year-old Martin Tremblay was a youth hockey coach in Vancouver, British Columbia until last July. It was then that he demonstrated some of the worst sportsmanship we've ever witnessed and now he's headed to jail for his actions.

After a game which his team lost, as the teams were moving through the traditional postgame handshake line, Martin intentionally tripped a 13-year-old kid. The young boy fractured both his wrists as he fell to the ice.

Martin was arrested for assault. His wife ended up leaving him and his construction business fell apart as customers lost all desire to hire him. And now this week, he was sentenced to 15 days in jail.

Though no other details are available about the sentencing, we're hoping he was additionally forbidden from ever coaching any type of youth athletics in the future.

Take a look at this video and imagine the rage you'd feel if you were the parent of this kid.
